Mari kita menghitung biaya pondasirumah  Pekerjaan pondasi merupakan sebuah item pekerjaan dalam sebuah konstruksi rumah tinggal yang keberadaanya sangat penting sebagai tempat berdirinya rumah diatasnya, struktur pondasi harus dibuat dengan ukuran dan jenis pondasi yang kuat untuk menahan beban bangunan, meskipun konstruksi pondasi keberadaanya tidak terlihat setelah pekerjaan finishing rumah, namun efek tidak kuatnya pondasi tentunya akan sangat fatal bagi rumah tersebut, contoh akibat yang terjadi jika sebuah pondasi rumah tidak kuat antara lain

Berikut ini sebuah contoh perhitungan biaya pondasi rumah

dari gambar pondasi rumah diatas dapat kita hitung volume penampang pondasi yang berbentuk trapesium dan persegi empat

Luas trapesium = ( jumlah sisi sejajar  / 2 ) x tinggi pondasi

Luas trapesium = ( (0,3 m + 0,6 m ) / 2 ) x 0,6 m = 0,27 m2

Luas persegi panjang = panjang x lebar

Luas persegi panjang = 0.7 m x 0.15 m = 0,105 m2

Luas = 0.375 m persegi

dari luas penampang tersebut maka dapat kita hitung biaya pekerjaan, kebutuhan batu kali, pasir dan semen setiap 1 meter panjang pondasi

Volume pondasi per meter = 1 m x 0.375 m2 = 0.375 m3

Untuk menghitung biaya pondasi 1 rumah lengkap, maka sebelumnya kita hitung saja total panjang pondasi yang akan dikerjaan dalam rumah tersebut, selanjutnya nilai panjang pondasi tersebut kita kalikan dengan harga pondasi permeter, misalnya kita akan membangun rumah dengan total panajng pondasinya adalah 100 m

maka biaya pondasi total = 100 m x Rp.  , 00 = (update)
